Reserve your Date

Please only send date preferences below when you are ready to sign the contract and remit the reservation fee. The Reservation Fee is NOT a deposit and is a non-refundable fee to reserve the Event Date(s).

• Dates are secured on a first signed contract & paid reservation fee basis. We are unable to hold dates.
• The Event Date is reserved when the Reservation Fee and the executed Rental Agreement are approved by the Venue.
• If not fully executed within 14 days from date the contract is written, the Contract and Rental rates will expire.
• Rental Fee:
  
  • Reservation fee of $2,000 payable with executed contract
  • Nine months prior to event 50% of balance of rental fee including taxes
  • Three months prior to event:
    
    • Remaining balance of rental fee including taxes
    • Certificate of Event Liability Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000
    • Refundable $1,000 deposit for fines or damage occurrence during rental period
• There are no additional or hidden fees.
• Preferred payment methods: personal check, cashier’s check, cash.
