Rental Inclusions
The Southerly event venue includes exclusive access and use of the following for 11 hours on Friday or Saturday (12P-11P) or 10 hours on Sunday (12P-10P) for a maximum of 299 guests, including wedding party and vendors.

- Two hundred seventy-five (275) wedding quality chairs for indoor use at the ceremony and/or reception.
