We have dreamed of owning a wedding venue since we planned our own wedding many years ago. Our dream was simple…a beautiful indoor/outdoor setting with an affordable fee and flexible vendor options. Our search for the ideal property in Fayette County led us to purchase 50 acres nestled in rural Oakland Tennessee. With you in mind for every detail, design and decision, The Southerly is scheduled to complete construction Fall 2024. For the most joyful day in your lives, we are excited to offer The Southerly as an elegant, yet affordable wedding venue!
